We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of all join-in tours.
Private tours have a free cancellation option until 7 days before the tour date.
In case of sudden sickness (proven with medical doctor) we will try to move your tour to another day — not guaranteed.
For the Similan Tour there is a cancellation term of 48 hours.
All our tours are all-inclusive service with no hidden costs.
For tours where a meal is included we can arrange vegetarian, vegan or any dietary wishes — please inform us beforehand.
Tour programs can be changed due to certain conditions. In case of cancellation by one of our partners we will fully refund.
Some tours are not suitable for pregnant women, children under 2 years, adults over 75 years, or persons with back injuries, heart conditions or serious health problems.
