Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of all join-in tours.
Private tours have a free cancellation option until 7 days before the tour date.
Similan Island tours require cancellation at least 48 hours in advance.
In case of sudden sickness (with medical certificate) we will try to reschedule your tour — not guaranteed.
All our tours are fully inclusive with no hidden costs. What you see is what you pay.
Vegetarian, vegan or any dietary wishes can be arranged for tours that include a meal — please inform us beforehand.
Tour programs may change due to weather or sea conditions. In case of full cancellation by our partners we will fully refund.
Some tours are not suitable for pregnant women, children under 2, adults over 75, or persons with back injuries, heart conditions or serious health issues.
