We confirm the transfer, vehicle type, pickup time and price — usually within a few hours. No surprises.
For arrivals, your driver waits outside with a personal name sign — international flights at Exit 2, domestic flights at Exit 1. For departures, your driver comes to your hotel at the agreed time.

How do I book a transfer?
Simply send us a WhatsApp message or email with your flight details (flight number, arrival time), your hotel name and the number of passengers. We'll confirm the vehicle, price and pickup details within a few hours.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours before your arrival, especially during high season (November–April). However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests — just message us as early as possible.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your driver monitors your flight. If your flight is delayed, we adjust the pickup time accordingly. Just make sure you provide the correct flight number when booking so we can track it.
Where exactly do I meet my driver at Phuket Airport?
Your driver or airport representative waits outside with a personal name sign. For international flights — meet at Exit 2. For domestic flights — meet at Exit 1. After clearing customs and collecting your luggage, simply walk outside to the designated exit and look for your name.
How long does the transfer from Phuket Airport to Khao Lak take?
Approximately 1.5 hours under normal traffic conditions. The distance is around 80–90 km. Early morning transfers are often faster; peak hours around Phuket town may add 15–20 minutes.
Do you offer night transfers and early morning pickups?
Yes — we arrange transfers 24 hours a day, including very early morning and late night pickups and drop-offs. Just let us know your flight time and we'll schedule accordingly.
Can I book a return transfer (arrival + departure)?
Absolutely — many guests book both legs in one message. Let us know your arrival and departure flight details and we'll arrange both transfers in one go.
Do you transfer to other areas besides Phuket and Khao Lak?
