Itinerary
Start your tour with a pick-up from your hotel in Khao Lak. Our first stop on the tour is the Tsunami Memorial boat 813, a Thai military boat that was carried inland by the tsunami during the catastrophe of 2004. Learn about the tragic event and its impact on the area.
Revitalize yourself with a ride on one of the oldest forms of Thai transportation, the bamboo raft. Keep an eye out for your paddler boy, as he may point out wild animals such as snakes, monkeys, spiders, and monitor lizards that rest on the tree branches along the river.
After that, you may be interested in visiting the Queen Turtle conservation center project. We will take you to a military area where the turtles are protected and cared for before being released back into the wild.
Take some time to unwind near a rejuvenating waterfall and enjoy a delicious Thai lunch to replenish your energy. Afterwards, we will take you to a traditional temple for a brief introduction to Buddhism, where you can also participate in Chinese prophecy and other rituals, if you choose to do so.
Experience the thrill of bathing with an elephant, surrounded by tropical nature. This unique adventure will last for approximately 30 minutes. Please be aware that we do not offer elephant riding as part of this experience.
