Most travelers consider November to February the best time to visit Phuket, when days are mostly sunny and dry – ideal if you're planning to spend lots of time on the beach. The wet season runs from May to October, when the south-west monsoon brings higher levels of rainfall and humidity. On a positive note; in the so called rainy season hotels, tours and sights are much less crowded !
Around Phuket and Khao Lak there is great options for doing some fantastic snorkeling. Most famous are Phi Phi Islands and Similan Islands (the Similan Islands are only open for visiting during November-April).
Probably the best snorkeling sites are a little bit more further away but definately worth a daytour like Rok Islands, Kradan & Mook Island or Surin Islands. Plenty of snorkeling to go around!

Phuket is a shopper's paradise. For local markets, explore the lively Banzaan Fresh Market in Patong or the weekend market in Phuket Town known as Naka Market. If you're looking for a more upscale shopping experience, head to Jungceylon Shopping Mall or Central Festival Phuket for a wide range of international and local brands.
Absolutely! Khao Lak offers a range of family-friendly activities and attractions. You can enjoy a day trip to the stunning Similan Islands, visit the Khao Lak Lam Ru National Park to explore its nature trails and waterfalls, join us on our Khao Lak Safari or simply relax on the pristine beaches while the little ones play in the sand and shallow waters.
Phuket and Khao Lak have rich cultural and historical heritage. In Phuket, visit the Wat Chalong temple, the Old Phuket Town with its unique architecture, and the Thai Hua Museum. In Khao Lak, explore the Tsunami Memorial Park and learn about the area's history and recovery after the 2004 tsunami.
Strolling along Thalang Road in Phuket Old Town is one of the highlights of visiting Phuket. Colorful old Chinese-European-style houses reminiscing those antique houses you see often in countries like Malaysia and Singapore with a little of Phuket's own touch, all lined up on both sides of the streets.
