Go Travel Phuket was instrumental in the success of our recent teambuilding trip to Phuket. I had spent countless hours, days, weeks trying to liaise with individual bus drivers, boat owners, restaurants. For someone unfamiliar with Phuket and responsible for 24 team members, it was a total minefield, limited response, unreal pricing, un trustworthy sources. THEN I FOUND GO TRAVEL PHUKET! Rose listened to our needs and promptly and efficiently provided a whole package solution. Her communication was clear and I felt valued as a customer, our ideas were taken into account and itineraries quickly amended suitably. Our booking with Go Travel included – Pick up from the airport – 3 different flight arrivals were all greeted professionally right at the airport exit, with no wait or confusion. A tour of Phuket, various stops including Big Buddah, Phuket old town and Chalong Temple. The Go Phuket tour guides were fun, informative and even acted as our photographers! The buses were clean, drivers nice and cold water well received. A great price for tickets to Fantasea, Rose even met us at the entrance and explained things. Catamaran trip to Coral island and sail out, with a lovely Lunch and some spectacular snorkelling. Return to the airport on departure day. The advice given with regards to restaurants and sailing was perfect, for example I had wanted to eat on board the cat, however Roses insistence to use the Restaurant on Coral island is now totally understood and much appreciated (it was VERY choppy out to sea that day!). The Tunk Ka Café was the most beautiful spot and lovely food on our tour day too. You really can trust in her guiding you to the best options for your trip. The whole booking process I felt reassured and in safe hands. I was able to make payment via bank transfer as suited our business and received professional invoices appropriately. Rose also met me to go through the plans the day before my team arrived. I really am so very grateful for all the hard work Rose and the entire Go Phuket Team put in to making this team trip an unforgettable success.
